1. Manage and promote crime prevention and partnerships
2. Ensure the monitoring and evaluation of police performance in the districts
3. Mange human and financial resources of the districts

PURPOSE: To monitor and evaluate the performance of police stations and promote community partnerships within the district

FUNCTIONS:

1. Monitor and evaluate police stations and address complaints against police stations for the district
2. Promote community/police relations and community safety structures and implement safety models and initiatives for the district
3. Provide administrative support to the district office
